When I met Ryan, Diana, and Kasper in their home, Ryan's family was also visiting from North Dakota for Thanksgiving-- it was the first time they'd all been together in years. I love family home sessions like these because I get a peek into their lives, if only for a few hours. During this visit, Ryan's mom was making their family-cherished drop cookies and giving little Kasper his first taste. Kasper was out like a light, probably because he'd kept mom and dad up until 4am the night before.
I think these are the moments we want to save the most. They're the finger grabs and heavy eyes, the big yawns and stolen kisses. As little as they are, they mean the entire universe.
